The rules of the World Dual Calendar (variant 1).

The World Dual Calendar (or the PETIN-METON Calendar) is
a CIVIL calendar.

On an interval of time (plus / minus of 6479 solar years concerning date -

20.12.1786) the following values are accepted:

- average duration of:

- solar calendar year -
365,249192 days,

- lunar calendar month (lunations) - 29,5305888531 days.

- alternation of solar and lunar
calendar weeks:

- 7-8-7-8 for the 30-day
lunation,

--7-8-7-7 for the 29-day
lunation.

Petin’s
note. On my view the rules of lunar-solar calendars look
well if these rules are the tables.

However I wrote the rules of the World Dual Calendar also by the words

I. A World Dual Calendar has 2 calendars: solar + lunar-solar.

Solar and lunar weeks are defined as 7878 7877 .in conformity with rules for
the calendar

lunar cycles specified below in (2).

II. A solar year has 12 solar months with the same name and the
same length of the

solar month as defined in the Gregorian calendar in 1582 by Roman Pope Gregory
XIII.

The lunar years are defined by the following calendar lunar
cycles:

A basic lunar year has 12 lunar months (lunations).
The odd-numbered lunations ( 1,

11) have 30 days and the even-numbered lunations ( 2,
4, . 12) have 29 days.

III. A leap-lunation rule is the same as a basic lunar year except
that a 30 day

lunation is inserted as 13 lunation after 12 lunation.

The leap-lunation years are the 3rd, 4th, 7th, 11th, 12th,
15th and 19th lunar years

of the 19 year Petin-Meton cycle.

IV. A leap-day rule is the same as a basic lunar year except that
a 30 day lunation is

inserted as 12 lunation instead of a 29 day lunation.

A leap-day years are the 1st,
5th, 9th and 13th lunar years of the 19 year

Petin-Meton cycle.

19 year Petin-Meton cycle (6939
days).

A 19 year Petin-Meton cycle (6939 days) rule is the
same as the 19 year Petin-Meton cycle

(6940 days) except that 12 lunation of the 1st lunar year has a 29 day lunation
instead

of a 30 day lunation.

19 year Petin-Meton cycle (6909
days).

A 19 year Petin-Meton cycle (6909 days) rule is the
same as the 19 year Petin-Meton cycle

(6939 days) except that 13 lunation of the 19th lunar year is absent.

304 year Petin-Hipparch cycle (111
035 days).

A 304 year Petin-Hipparch cycle (111 035 days) has
the 16 x 19 year Petin-Meton cycles.

The 19 year Petin-Meton cycles (6940 days) are the
1st, 3rd, 4th, 6th, 7th, 9th, 10th,

11th, 13th, 14th, 16th .

The 19 year Petin-Meton cycles of
the 304 year Petin-Hipparch cycle (111 035 days).

The 19 year Petin-Meton cycles (6939 days) are the
2nd, 5th, 8th, 12th, 15th 19 year
